Performance Space

Freehold has a unique and intimate 40 seat Blackbox Theatre available for special events, rehearsals as well as performances.  The performance rental includes use of the lobby and bar area as well as the performance space. Check out our cozy, vibrant space in the lively Belltown neighborhood of downtown Seattle. Specifics on rates and dimensions are listed below.

Event Rental in Blackbox Theatre
Rental rates: $125  a night
available Friday and Saturday evenings
6:00 – 11:00 PM
Orientation with Technical Director: $45
Damage and key deposit: $150
Additional tech or rehearsal time: $15 per hour
Rental deposit: 25% or $100 (whichever is greater) due upon contract signing; balance is due one week prior to event.
