Sample eight new plays! The eight plays workshopped in Freehold's New Play Lab this summer will be showcased in the New Play Lab Showcase, September 18 - 20. A twenty-minute excerpt from each play will receive a staged reading, directed by local directors Valerie Curtis-Newton, Laurel Garcia, Scot Augustson, Dawson Nichols, and Desdemona Chiang.

The talented new playwrights contributing to the showcase are Kristin Clark, Debra Borchert, Lea Galanter, Elizabeth McCranie, Louise Penberthy, Mark Rose, Dylan Rosen, and Andy Tribolini.

The excerpts from the eight plays are divided into two programs. Each program will be read twice.
