Two Sponsorship Opportunities at Freehold in 2011

We have two great sponsorship opportunities for businesses and individuals in 2010:  Freehold's Studio Series which will be held in February, 2010 at Freehold and/or Freehold's Annual Auction which will be held June, 2010 at Tom Douglas' Palace Ballroom.  More specific information about the benefits to you and your organization or business in sponsoring these events are listed below.

Freehold's Studio Series - March, 2011
Freehold Theatre presents the Fourteenth Annual Studio Series in 2010. The popular series features works created and performed by Freehold students, alumni, faculty and community members and includes dance, scene work and original work including short plays. The Studio Series will present an entirely different program of work each week, Friday and Saturday with an additional fourth week, which includes a selection of work from the first three weeks.  

Freehold's Studio Series is always a very popular event which attracts a diverse audience of both performers, students as well as colleagues, family members and other like minded artists.  The event typically reaches a total audience of 600 attendees.  In addition we send out publicity for both our Studio Series and our Auction to our listserve which reaches 2000 individuals.  We have three different levels for Studio Series sponsors:

SUPPORTER
• $50 Contribution
• Receive 2 tickets to the Studio Series
• Listed in event playbill

EVENT SPONSOR (8)
• $100 Contribution
• Receive 2 tickets to the Studio Series
• ¼ page sponsor spotlight in event playbill

LEAD SPONSOR (4)
• $250 Contribution
• Receive 4 tickets to the Studio Series
• Onstage acknowledgement
• Prominent logo and full page sponsor spotlight in event playbill

Freehold's Annual Auction - June, 2011
In June, 2010, Freehold will be hosting our annual gala auction at Tom Douglas’ Palace Ballroom.  We are pleased to say that last year’s event was sold out with 140 people in attendance. We raised a total of $34,000. With the incredible overwhelming positive response to last year’s event, we anticipate this year’s auction to be even more successful than last year’s.
 
We hope you might consider being a part of this exciting event. As a sponsor, you will enjoy widespread marketing exposure in our program and advertising of the event, free tickets to the auction and our infinite appreciation.  Freehold has a large and very supportive community and includes a list serve of 2,000 emails, all of whom will be receiving auction invitations.

We’re offering three sponsorship levels: Gold, Silver or Bronze levels offer a diverse and compelling assortment of benefits ranging from a link to your company on our website, onstage acknowledgement at the event as well as receiving tickets to the sensational event.
