Apr 9 - May 28 // Tuesdays 6-9pm (24hrs)
“Speak the speech, I pray you, as I pronounced it to you, trippingly on the tongue.”

In this class, we will explore personal connection to voice, moving towards the transformation of vocal sound into spoken words that are embodied by the actor. Through physical and vocal exercises, we will breathe life into language, investigating the sounds of our words, and allowing those words to paint pictures for us and for our audience. Students will work with a monologue of their choice, in addition to texts chosen by the instructor.

Location: 517 Maynard Ave S
